The other day I had the opportunity to attend a Yelp Orlando event at Wondermade, a local shop that makes their own (delicious, soft, fluffy, fresh and sweet) unique flavored marshmallows! It’s located in the Sanford Historic District, which is a super cute area that I have never ventured into before. The event was a ton of fun – we were greeted with toasted marshmallows of our choice (I opted for Rose Raspberry), followed by their delicious coffee, which they roast right in front of you, topped with more marshmallows (went with Irish Creme for this). We then got to make our own s’mores, which of course I had to try a new flavor for. I went with Lavender, and it was delicious.
We headed back into the kitchen area where the Co-Founder Nathan walked us through the marshmallow-making process. We then each received a strip of their freshly made Strawberry Champagne and Bourbon marshmallow flavors, which we all got to toss in sugar and cut and package ourselves!
There was an Instagram contest where a winner was chosen based on the photos that were posted and hash tagged during the event, and I was one of the two winners! I was able to choose three boxes of whichever flavors I wanted, so I went with Carrot Cake, S’mores, and 24K Gold and Champagne (two of my favorite things combined into a marshmallow? There was no question about this one!).
The shop is so adorable, as is their packaging, so it’s a great gift idea as well. I hear they are going to have classes soon, so this is such a cute idea to do with girlfriends or a significant other!

It was so much fun! You should definitely swing by the store and have a taste! They also serve coffee and hot chocolate in their little cafe!
