It’s been an extremely busy month so far! With my birthday, followed by my ugly sweater party, followed by a spontaneous BIG trip that I booked!
Here’s a quick photo recap of what’s been going on!
These guilt-free eggnog pudding shots were a hit! Here’s the recipe, and you can easily switch it up for different occasions by using different flavors of pudding mix, and different Bailey’s flavors instead of eggnog!
1 packet sugar-free vanilla pudding
1 cup Silk “Holiday Nog” (or any light Egg Nog)
1 cup Pinnacle Marshmallow Vodka (or you can use the Whipped flavor)
1 tub Light Cool Whip
Mix all together until smooth. Fill plastic shot cups. I chilled them overnight. Top with a dollop of whipped cream – I garnished with red sugar crystals but would also be great with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve! (Makes about 25-30 shots depending on the size of the cups)
It’s been a successful and exciting past few weeks, including the BIG plans…one of my best friends and I booked a last minute trip to PARIS!
