Your Stylish Rainy Day Solution

Whether you live in Florida like me, or you spend your days commuting in NYC, you are bound to get caught in the rain. Especially in Florida, rainstorms are unexpected – it goes from 85º and sunny, to torrential downpours, and who always has a raincoat or umbrella on hand 24/7? Stacy and Rachel from RAINRAPS definitely knew this, which is why their creation is so genius!

Stacy Struminger relocated from New York to Richmond, VA, and realized that she needed a more stylish, lightweight, accessory for the wet Richmond climate. With this in mind, she was inspired to create a waterproof wrap that would provide women with a rainy weather wardrobe solution, while still being fashionable.

She got together with her best friend, Rachel Teyssier, and they recently launched their vision, RAINRAPS.

RAINRAPS was kind enough to send me a wrap to try out for myself – the Pink/Orange color is perfect for Spring!

To be ready for the Florida rain, I am definitely planning to put this to good use! It’s perfect to keep in my car for unexpected showers, or to bring to outdoor activities when I’m not sure of the forecast. It easily folds up, so it’s perfect for travel!

Even more exciting, they will launch a new line in Fall, and they have exciting plans for the future of RAINRAPS!
