I came across a BuzzFeed post (honestly, what did we do before BuzzFeed? The site could devour my entire morning if I allowed it to), which provided a list of the “25 Awesome Places to Shop in Your Late Twenties and Early Thirties”. I always have friends ask where I shop, and a handful of the stores I often recommend are on this list. Some of the stores on the list that see my credit card from time to time are: ASOS, TJMaxx/Marshalls (I basically live in these two stores), Target (duh), Nordstrom Rack, Anthropologie Clearance Rack (this is hit or miss for me, but I did score this baby for only $30!), and Zara. Some of the others I haven’t really ventured to, but it’s a great reminder of what stores you can drop into or browse online when you are looking for some new inspiration or you’re not finding the pieces you…

If you follow me on Twitter and/or Instagram, you probably saw me posting pictures last weekend/early this week of my excursions around NYC. I was there Labor Day weekend to visit my best friend, and along with galavanting around the city and lots of eating, we of course managed to do some shopping. My friend had to work on Friday, so I ran around the city by myself, of course making a long pit stop at the Macy’s in Herald Square – my favorite Macy’s, and the world’s largest store! I could easily spend an entire day roaming around the eight floor empire, especially since they have a handful of restaurants and cafes right inside!I found these amazing Via Spiga “Nellie” cashew colored cutout heels (originally $280) for less than $50 after my Macy’s coupon! They were on clearance for 75% off, and I got another 20% off with my coupon/Macy’s…

Last weekend I attended a bridal shower for one of my closest friends. As most bridal showers are, it was a daytime/brunch-esque type of shower. I put together an outfit after nabbing this fabulous shirt that I found in JcPenney:As soon as I spotted it in the store, I completely fell in love! (I didn’t know it at the time, but as I searched their website for the link, I saw that this was one of People Stylewatch Editors’ handpicked favorites!) It fit just like I wanted it to and was so chic looking and only $19.99 – plus I had a coupon for $10 off $45 so I managed to find another super cute top and some earrings to add up to $45, and managed to get my $10 discount. I paired the top with high-waisted beige shorts that I had previously found at Macy’s on clearance ($15.00) a…
