I’m all about the cropped sweater this season, as you can see in my “Let’s Get Down to Brow Business” post, where I wore this cropped gray sweater (which I scored on clearance at Target)… Now, I’m not all about showing my midriff, so I love how these sweaters hit at just the right spot. They are still a short, cropped look, but they hit the top of your jeans, so you aren’t baring any skin. Check out these other great cropped sweater looks (all at great prices).

Since I definitely don’t need a Black Friday or Cyber Monday excuse to shop, I limited my Cyber Monday shopping indulgence. My birthday is on Friday, and I am still undecided on what to wear. I have a few things that should be arriving from ASOS, but since I can get free two-day shopping at Last Call Neiman Marcus, I grabbed a few more items (plus, it’s free return shipping so I can’t go wrong!). Only one of the items was purchased with my birthday weekend in mind, but I’ve had my eye on this top, and the other dress looked super cute and can dressed up and down. POTENTIAL BIRTHDAY DRESS… I love how flirty and feminine it is, but the lace still keeps it sexy and perfect for a night out! I was drawn to this top when I first saw it. I’m trying not purchase too many items…

I’m back in Orlando after a great Thanksgiving weekend in South Florida with family and friends. #BackHomeBaller https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmWH1F-caM8 My birthday is this upcoming weekend, so I celebrated with family and friends while I was back home. It started with this stunning purse that my mom got me. Besides being beautiful, I love what a unique piece it is! I spent Saturday in Miami with my best friend, and two of my other close friends that live in South Florida came down for the night so we could all go out and celebrate! And of course… It was such a fun weekend, and the celebrations will continue this weekend, my actual birthday weekend!

So, my birthday is next Friday, December 5. I’m planning a fun-filled weekend with friends, and of course the big debate…what to wear?! Even though my (two) walk-in closets are busting at the seams, the shopping blood in my veins insists that I need something new. I made a few online purchases, and I’m waiting for some of the rest to come in. I actually ordered the below black tulip dress below in yellow instead – black is such a go-to color for me, so I’m excited about some of these bright options. The bad news is I woke up to an email from ASOS that the below pink Paris Shift Dress is now out of stock in my size (though, even as of right now, it is still showing that it is available). I was really excited about that option, so that was a little disappointing. I already received the black lace-sleeved…

Last week, I attended a bridal couture fashion show I was invited to by Solutions Bridal Designer House, here in Florida. The fashion show was held at the beautiful brand new Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. I was invited to bring a guest, so I brought my good friend and fellow fashion blogger, Danielle, who blogs over at Shikshin. The resort itself was beautiful, as was the backdrop and stage setup for the show. We had the opportunity to view some beautiful gowns and sip some cocktails (can’t complain).

Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays – crisp Fall weather, the smell of pumpkin pie, delicious food, and family time. Thanksgiving outfits definitely have to be comfortable, I mean, we do gorge our faces and drop into a food coma shortly after dinner. But, you don’t have to sacrifice your style to be comfortable at the dinner table. Here are some cute, casual, and comfy options for your Thanksgiving get-togethers.
