If you follow me on Instagram, you probably have seen my obsession about the workout craze that is taking over – barre. It’s a mix of ballet, pilates, strength training, and a bit of cardio (because it definitely gets your heart rate pumping). I was solely taking classes at a local barre studio, but it closed back in February, so I’ve been an active member of ClassPass (which is amazing, and you can read about it some more, here). You can take unlimited classes at multiple fitness studios in your city, and even other major cities when you travel! It’s not just barre, I take boot camp, pilates, cardio classes – there’s something for everyone! Obsessed with any combination of oats/greek yogurt/bananas/almond butter. I am loving BearNaked Protein Granola – it’s lower in carbs and sugar which is rare for granola, and high in protein! Not to anyone’s surprise, my smoothie is the one…

The other day I had the opportunity to attend a Yelp Orlando event at Wondermade, a local shop that makes their own (delicious, soft, fluffy, fresh and sweet) unique flavored marshmallows! It’s located in the Sanford Historic District, which is a super cute area that I have never ventured into before. The event was a ton of fun – we were greeted with toasted marshmallows of our choice (I opted for Rose Raspberry), followed by their delicious coffee, which they roast right in front of you, topped with more marshmallows (went with Irish Creme for this). We then got to make our own s’mores, which of course I had to try a new flavor for. I went with Lavender, and it was delicious. We headed back into the kitchen area where the Co-Founder Nathan walked us through the marshmallow-making process. We then each received a strip of their freshly made Strawberry Champagne…

Take a look at the incredible turnout from one of the past Downtown Food & Wine Fests! This year, the Fest will be packed with 30 of Orlando’s best restaurants, 50 domestic and international wines and live entertainment by Lifehouse and LOVERBOY. Admission is $15 per person, per day with advance online purchase. Admission at the door is $20 per person, per day. Admission for children under age 12 is free. Food and beverage tickets are available at the Fest for $2 each (the food and beverage offerings range from one to four tickets). If you’re interested in finding out more information…

It’s been an extremely busy month so far! With my birthday, followed by my ugly sweater party, followed by a spontaneous BIG trip that I booked! Here’s a quick photo recap of what’s been going on! These guilt-free eggnog pudding shots were a hit! Here’s the recipe, and you can easily switch it up for different occasions by using different flavors of pudding mix, and different Bailey’s flavors instead of eggnog! 1 packet sugar-free vanilla pudding 1 cup Silk “Holiday Nog” (or any light Egg Nog) 1 cup Pinnacle Marshmallow Vodka (or you can use the Whipped flavor) 1 tub Light Cool Whip Mix all together until smooth. Fill plastic shot cups. I chilled them overnight. Top with a dollop of whipped cream – I garnished with red sugar crystals but would also be great with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Serve! (Makes about 25-30 shots depending on the size of the cups) It’s…
