Paris was an INCREDIBLE adventure and now I am definitely bitten by the travel bug! The architecture, culture, history, and beauty were just unexplainable. We were able to do most of the “touristy” things we wanted to do, but we also got the opportunity to explore the city on our own. We visited the Lourve, Musée de Orsay, the Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Sacré-Cœur Basilica, walked and shopped on Champs-Élysées, window shopped on Avenue Montaigne, explored the Saint Ouen flea market right outside of Paris (which has vintage goods dating back to the Middle Ages), and put locks on the Love Lock bridge. Here are just some of the MANY photos I took on my trip.

I head to NYC this week for work, and I get to enjoy the weekend up there as well! I’m looking forward to some cooler weather and pulling out some new items from my Fall wardrobe! Here are some of the pieces I’m bringing (these are either the exact items, or very similar items). Be sure to follow me on Instagram (@marissalynne) to keep up with my travels while I’m on the go!

I’m heading to New Orleans in a few weeks for work, and I’m pretty excited about it. I’ve been one other time (also for work), and I can’t wait to go back and spend a few more days there! My last trip included some sightseeing, some cocktails, and of course, some Café Du Monde beignets! The colors, liveliness, and spirit of New Orleans have inspired some recent fashion cravings. Here are some of those NOLA fashions I’m feeling:

My mom and I took a little beach getaway trip this past week to Lido Beach in Sarasota. We stayed right on the beach, which was also less than a mile from St. Armands Circle – the cutest little area with a ton of adorable shops and restaurants! Besides lounging on the beach, we managed to get some shopping in, where I picked up a few accessories. Below is a little recap of some of my outfits and purchases. I also shared my outfits on Instagram during the trip (follow me @marissalynne). Brown buckle bracelet on sale for less than $2.50!Gold and bling wishbone necklace on sale for $12.99, plus the boutique was having a BOGO free sale, so I got the below earrings for nothing!Blue stone teardrop earrings, free (with the purchase of the wishbone necklace above). This post brought to you by TravelPro. All opinions are 100% mine. With the holidays coming up, many of us are traveling over the next month, and the last thing we need is to have problems with our luggage.  I was recently introduced to Travelpro luggage, which is actually the choice of flight crews all over the world (and who doesn’t want to travel like a chic stewardess?!). Source Whether you need an overnight bag for a weekend getaway, a garment bag for a black-tie affair, or a heavy-duty suitcase to travel the Mediterranean, Travelpro has a wide variety of durable and stylish options.  They have some very cool rolling duffles, as well as these genius Checkpoint Friendly Computer Briefs, which make it a lot less stressful if you travel and fly a lot with your laptop.   They also have a Limited Lifetime Warranty (assuming the damage isn’t cause by you…
