Thanksgiving is just days away (cannot believe it), and whether you’re hosting or bringing a side dish, you probably have to take at least a few dietary restrictions into consideration when preparing your dishes. I’m participating in our second annual “Friendsgiving”, a popular holiday trend where you essentially re-create Thanksgiving before or right after the holiday, but with your B.F.F.s.
With diets and allergies ranging from vegetarian to vegan, from paleo to gluten-free and dairy-free, it can be hard to accommodate everyone. Or for some, your cooking struggles might stem from not being able to really throw together anything more than a great PB&J sandwich. For others, it may entail wanting to get SO creative that you don’t really know where to start. Well, I’m giving you some alternative recipes that are sure to please for different diets, cooking proficiency (or lack there of), and are sure to impress any crowd this Thanksgiving!
