The dish came out great! I think I actually put a bit too much of the marinade on the shrimp before baking (which made the cardamom flavor really strong), so if I were to do it again, I would brush it on a lot lighter – but it was still delicious! I put the leftover shrimp and arugula together in a container to have as a salad for lunch the next day, and it was even better left over! I made sure to just keep the shrimp lightly coated in the marinade before putting it in the container, and that helped a lot. The flavors were still there the next day but not overpowering, and it tasted great chilled!

My overall thoughts on Hello Fresh:
This service takes meal delivery a step further with their amazing customer service (I received a phone call a few days before my box was due to arrive!), their delicious and unique recipes, and the consumer-friendly instructions. The prices vary depending on how many people you are ordering meals for (you can order meals for 2 or 4), and you can choose between the Classic Box or Veggie Box (for vegetarians).
