    Hey! Thanks for the comment about my site! There is no purchase required for this gift, however I believe this one in particular is only for Sephoras located inside JCPenney. If you go here: http://www.sephora.com/help/stores/index.jhtml and click on Store Locator on the right, it will give you a list of stores near you, and it will say “in JcPenney” for certain ones, and that is where you can redeem it. 🙂
