Thursday night, I attended Fashion’s Night Out in Orlando, at the Mall at Millenia, with the main attraction being at Neiman Marcus. They hosted a trend presentation/fashion show and beauty extravaganza. I invited my friend Rachel, and we took Neiman Marcus by storm – sipping champagne, munching on some bites, and working our way around Level 1, checking out the newest beauty products. Champagne and ChanelWe headed up to Level 2, where we took our seats for the fashion show. Pieces ranged from houndstooth, to structured wool coats, to an amazing geometric cutout dress (pictured below), and the last round of looks was a plethora of green! You may have heard greens are in for Fall, and emerald and hunter greens were in full force at this show!View from the escalator – heading up to Level 2 -rows of hanging paper butterfliesAfter the show, we made our way to the…

This past Saturday, Mario Lopez made an appearance at Bloomingdales in Aventura Mall (in North Miami), to debut his new underwear line, Rated M. Mario is the face (and body) of his line’s campaign, which you can take a peek of here. He decided to start with underwear, since everyone needs it.Mario wanted his underwear line to be a high-quality product that was fun, sexy,…

Whether you live in Florida like me, or you spend your days commuting in NYC, you are bound to get caught in the rain. Especially in Florida, rainstorms are unexpected – it goes from 85º and sunny, to torrential downpours, and who always has a raincoat or umbrella on hand 24/7? Stacy and Rachel from RAINRAPS definitely knew this, which is why their creation is so genius!Stacy Struminger relocated from New York to Richmond, VA, and realized that she needed a more stylish, lightweight, accessory for the wet Richmond climate. With this in mind, she was inspired to create a waterproof wrap that would provide women with a rainy weather wardrobe solution, while still being fashionable. She got together with her best friend, Rachel Teyssier, and they recently launched their vision, RAINRAPS.Check out the color selections, and different ways you can wear the RAINRAP:And their cute video, which further explains RAINRAPS…
